sound baths
A sound bath is a full-body meditative practice that involves lying down and listening to sound waves that 'wash' over the body. A crystal singing bowl's sounds resonate in your body, guiding you to a state of deep relaxation. A 2022 study revealed that sound baths result in an improvement in spiritual well-being and a decrease in tension and depression. (Source)

"The scholarly consensus is that “Tibetan” singing bowls and sound baths are a thoroughly Western invention and their alleged Tibetanness a modern myth.
